Who We Support

Everyone deserves support that starts with them.

Person first.
Always.

We work with adults aged 18 and over, using respectful, person-first language — because a diagnosis or circumstance is never the whole story. Whether someone needs a little help with daily living, support to stay independent at home, or a more structured supported living environment, we start by understanding the person in front of us.

That means support that flexes around daily living, independence, wellbeing and community participation, as well as more hands-on care at home — built with the individual, not simply delivered to them.

Everyday & Independent Living

For adults who want to stay confidently independent at home and in their community, with support shaped around their own routine.

Disability & Specialist Support

Practical, respectful support that adapts to individual mobility, sensory and communication needs — always led by the person, not the diagnosis.

Our approach

Support that fits real life.

People have different routines, preferences, relationships and ambitions. Our approach is to understand the individual and build support around what matters to them — not the other way around.

See care in action

Real people. Real support. Real lives.

Take a closer look at the people, relationships and everyday moments that make our approach to care different.

Watch how Luminous Support puts people at the heart of care.

More than care. It's about living well.

Independence

Supporting people to maintain choice, confidence and control.

Dignity

Respecting every person, their preferences, identity and way of life.

Connection

Helping people maintain meaningful relationships and remain connected to their communities.

Everyday life

What support looks like, day to day

Not a case file — a relationship. A few honest moments from the homes and communities we work in.

Our Approach

Your life. Your choices. Your support.

Where support happens

Support should fit around someone's life

Not the other way around. Wherever someone is, support can meet them there.
