Safeguarding the people we support, and our staff, is a core responsibility of Luminous Support Limited. Our approach includes rigorous safeguarding procedures, Enhanced DBS checks for all staff, and adherence to relevant regulatory guidance.

In an emergency

If someone is in immediate danger, call 999. For a safeguarding concern that is not an emergency, you can also contact the relevant local authority safeguarding team directly.
